On 24 December 2025, under Aroma Mission Phase–III, an awareness and information program was organized for farmers regarding the cultivation of lavender and rosemary at Gram Sabha Koti Royalulu, Block Thauldhar, District Chamba, Uttarakhand. During the training session, farmers received detailed guidance on the cultivation of high-value aromatic crops such as rosemary and lavender. The team demonstrated scientific cultivation practices, including nursery rising, appropriate planting techniques, irrigation management, integrated pest and disease control, and proper post-harvest management.

In addition, farmers were informed about the significant economic potential of medicinal and aromatic crops.
