Rosemary QPM Distribution Program Organized at Seri, Bhaderwah on 25/12/2025 to 27/12/2025.

CSIR-IIIM,JAMMU

CSIR–Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (CSIR-IIIM) organized a Rosemary Quality Planting Material (QPM) Distribution Program at Seri, Bhaderwah from 25 December 2025 to 27 December 2025 as part of its efforts to promote aromatic crop cultivation among farmers.

Under this program 1,20,300 rosemary QPM was distributed to 60 farmers of the region. The planting material supplied was of high quality, healthy, and disease-free, aimed at ensuring better field establishment and improved crop performance.

The participating farmers were also briefed on suitable agronomic practices, including proper planting techniques, spacing, and basic crop management practices for rosemary cultivation. The initiative was undertaken to encourage crop diversification and enhance income opportunities for farmers through the adoption of aromatic plants.

The program was implemented successfully and witnessed active participation from farmers, reflecting growing interest in rosemary cultivation in the Bhaderwah region.
