CSIR-IIIM Jammu, inaugurated an awareness, training and lavender quality planting material (QPM) distribution programme at Bhaderwah . Under CSIR-Aroma Mission-III, 50,000 lavender plants were distributed to 125 farmers in Bhaderwah on 13th April, 2024.
This program aims to empower local agriculture through the cultivation of medicinal and aromatic crops contributing to the economic development of farmers in the region.
