CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM) Jammu organized three days awareness-cum-distribution programme on “Lavender culitvation” for farmers of Gool subdivision and Batote region of District Ramban on dated 18.11.2023 to 20.11.2023 on Distribution QPM to Farmers under CSIR- Aroma Mission Phase III.

The main objective and aim of the program was to create awareness among the participants for employment generation and to achieve the dream of the honorable Prime Minister of doubling income through industrially important crops over traditional cropping.

More than 150 farmers from different villages of Gool, Saangaldan, Batote and Ramban areas of District Ramban have attended the program. The program was organized in association with the Agriculture Department of Sub Division Gool of District Ramban.
