The CSIR-Indian Institute of Integrative Medicine (IIIM), Jammu, organized an awareness and QPM Distribution program on February 19, 2025 at Chalmalwas village, Block Banihal District Ramban. The initiative aimed to educate farmers on lavender cultivation, covering its advantages, cultivation techniques, and economic potential. In this program more than 60 farmers participated from different locations of Ramban district. After completing the awareness program the QPM distribution program was conducted and seventy nine thousand (79000) of Lavender plants were distributed among 40 farmers belonging from different locations of the Ramban District.
